dEdmonton is full of things to do around the Halloween season – but also all year long.
What? You mean there are Halloween things to do in April, June or August? You bet!
Usually March through June is convention season, though they don’t always happen nearby. Whether it’s Halloween Expo, Transworld, HauntCon, National Haunters Convention, Canadian Haunted Attractions Conference, or something a little closer to home like the horror component of the Calgary Comic and Entertainment Expo, you can see some of the exciting things that are happening each season.
The summer months bring parades, carshows and how-tos. If you like hearses or participating in parades, keep an eye on the site for all the details. And what do you mean “how-tos”? Well, would you like to learn how to make a Hallowween prop of your very own? Workshops and meetups will also appear on the calendars too – and if you have any ideas on props you’d like to make, or can offer leadership in helping others make props – let us know at info at dEdmonton.com
dEdmonton also has two zombie walks each year. First, at the end of April is Patient Zero’s birthday and Celebratory Zombie Walk, and then again in early October. The April even is usually a free for all, and teh October event usually has a theme behind it – though you are not obliged to fit the theme with your zombie attire, it’s more fun when you do!
Check out our events calendar for events that are happening all year long, both near and far.
