dEdmonton will be visiting the 2012 Calgary Comic and Entertainment Expo – can we help you get there too?
dEdmonton is heading to the 2012 Calgary Comic and Entertainment Expo from April 27-29. 3 Days, over 30,000 SciFi, Horror, Comic, Anime, FX and Fantasy fans and artists from all over Western Canada.
If you specialize in Halloween, Horror, Special Effects, Makeup or Dark Artistry products or services dEdmonton is now offering promotional packages so you can get your name in front of these fans.
The Packages
dEdmonton is going there to promote all of the events, activities and talent that are from Edmonton and area, so we are offering some special promotions for this event for all of you. We only have a 6ft X 2ft table in an 8X8 booth (without electricity) and we want to pack it for maximum visual impact! We will be talking about all of the great people and events that we’ve seen over the last three years, and we want to promote your props, makeup skills, posters, photos and business cards to more than 30,000 people that will attend the event.
Here are the rates:
$10 – your business cards on the table, listed on our CCEE Promotional page, mentioned on dEdmonton.tv
$25 – add your 8.5X11 promo sheet that you provide
$50 – add photo album, multiple photos, or a poster
$150 – add props or banners to booth
Plus, we will be making 3-4 draws for guests to enter their name so not only does your name and card go out to them, but you will also be featured in multiple segments on dEdmonton.tv throughout the year.
In addition, all packages for this event at or above the $50 will receive a promotional ad banner placed on the upcoming redesign of the dEdmonton.com website.
Bonus: If you’re already attending the convention and can spend 2 hours at the table promoting everything we’ll take 25% off your promotional costs. If you can do 8 hours over the three days it’s free!
